Bolu
is famous for dense forests, fauna and modern hot spring facilities. During the Hellenistic Period the area was called as Bithynia, then Romans called it Claudio Polis, and finally named as Bolu by the Turks when in 1325 the city was conquered by the Ottoman Empire. Lake Abant is an amazing natural beauty and is one of most popular destinations all year around, situated at an altitude of 1325 meters. Another wonder of Bolu is Yedigöller (Seven Lakes) National Park which has a romantic and tranquil forested area. During Spring and Autumn the park offers great photo opportunities for professional and amateur photographers. Mudurnu is famous for its poultry but most important of all, with its traditional wooden houses displaying the old Turkish architecture. For those who prefer sea-sun-sand, Akçakoca offers this opportunity at an appealing setting on the Black Sea Coast.

Day 1
Early morning departure from İstanbul . Drive through the highway via Bolu, one of the most enchanting provinces of Türkiye located approximately halfway between İstanbul and Ankara. Lunch at Mengen, famous for its excellent cooks and holds an annual “Chefs Festival” featuring many traditional Turkish specialties. There is a cookery school training for traditional Turkish Cuisine in Mengen. Drive to Amasra. Dinner and overnight.

Amasra exchanged hands several times, first becoming a possession of the Empire of Trebizond in 1204, then being captured by the Seldjouk Turks, until finally in 1261, the town came under the control of the Republic of Genoa. Genoese domination ended when the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II conquered the whole Anatolian shores of the Black Sea.

Day 2
Departure after breakfast and visit Archaeological Museum with remains from both land and underwater, Amasra Castle, built during the Roman period by the Genoese
• Roman Bridge to Boztepe Island. Crying Tree. Lunch at a seaside fish restaurant. Fatih Mosque built as a Byzantine Church in the 9th century AD. Evening drive to Kastamonu via Kurucaşile and Cide.

Day 2

Late arrival to Kastamonu situated inland beautiful forests , and check-in at hotel. Evening tour of the environment. Kastamonu Castle dating back to the 12th century Byzantine Era, a nice stroll down the castle hill to Atabeygazi Mosque, biggest and oldest of the city. Yakup Ağa Külliye, you may watch halva production and taste at Halva House • Coppersmith Arasta.
Kastamonu is believed to have been founded in the 18th century BC., historical Castamon. There are some archeological findings dating about 100,000 years, that suggest the region was inhabited at that time. After the fall of the Pontus Kingdom in first century BC., the area was incorporated by the Roman Empire. The region then fell under the hegemony of the Seldjouk Dynasty followed by Byzantines, the Ottomans, the Mongol warlord Temur Leng. Back into the Ottoman rule again. Sultan's heirs were often sent to rule the province as governors to gain experience. Finally, Republic of Türkiye after the Türkiye War of Independence. 
Day 3
Morning: Inn's District : İsmail Bey Inn (Lead Covered Inn) Cem Sultan Bedesten • Pink Inn • Remaining main portal Yılanlı Darüşşifa (Old Hospital), Nasrullah Mosque & Fountain at Nasrullah Square Over Nasrullah Bridge to other side of the river, and view the Ottoman and Republic period buildings at the Republic Square. The samples of traditional and Authentic Turkish Houses and the samples of early period Ottoman civil architecture still standing Governership Building-Rıfat Ilgaz Cultural Center (Old Prison) • Military Recruitment Center • Monument of Martyr Sister Şerife • Abdurrahmanpaşa, the first high school in Anatolia. Archaeological Museum has a collection belonging to the prehistoric Roman and Byzantine periods. Vedat Tek Museum of the “One and Only” Hat Museum in Türkiye. Atatürk made his historical speech in 1925 concerning “Hat and Dress Revolution” at his visit to Kastamonu.
Mahmut Bey Mosque, which has been included in the UNESCO Temporary Heritage List, in the Kasaba Köyü, 17 km from the city center, has been well preserved for almost 650 years from the 14th century with its wooden structure, exquisite painted woodcarved decorations. On the way back ; İsmail Bey Külliye, mosque, madrasah, tomb and camel inn, mausoleum, theological school, charitable establishment, Turkish Bath (Hammam) 
Kastamonu has a rich variety of regional Turkish Cuisine tastes. 812 different dishes have been identified to be specific to the region. Whole lamb, slow-cooked over the glowing embers of wood in a sealed, airtight “well” is a regional specialty. Dinner at hotel and overnight.
Day 4
Safranbolu is one of the most beautiful small town in Western Black Sea Region, one of the earliest towns in Türkiye, with its extraordinarily Ottoman townscape and qualifies as a UNESCO World Heritage Sight. Regional breakfast and departure for Safranbolu.
Morning : Yörük, a historical Bektashi Village with historical houses 6 km from Safranbolu. You may try saffron flavored lokum, Turkish delight, in their main factory and lokum tasting • Traditional table clothes and souvenirs from Arasta Bazaar • Saffron Fields must be visited while you are at the source of this precious plant Mencilis Cave (Bulak) which is 8 km from city center worth to see since it is the 4th biggest cave in Türkiye • Crystal Watch Terrace which can carry 75 tons.3 layers of glass, each 3 cm thick with 400 guests capacity on 100 square meters. 30 persons at a time can watch the marvelous view of the Tokatlı Canyon • İncekaya is an old Aqueduct. Old Public Laundry, Village Bazaar Sipahioğlu Mansion • Lunch at Kadıoğlu Şehzade Sofrası. Drive to Hıdırlık Hill for the best panoramic view of the Town Hall and the Clock Tower. At this point you can easily sea the city planning where houses are so set that none of them blocks the view of another. Dinner at hotel and overnight at Safranbolu.
Day 5
Departure after breakfasts back to İstanbul.
