Hattusha - Gordion 3 Days Tour

Ankara is the capital of the Republic of Türkiye. It was Atatürk's headquarters from 1920 during the Independence War.

Day 1
Transfer to the early flight or highspeed train to Ankara. Meeting in Ankara and transfer to the city. First visit to Anıtkabir, The Mousoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder of the Republic of Türkiye. The First Parliament Building & The Museum of The Headquarters of the Independence War. Lunch of regional tastes from Turkish Cuisine. Museum & Anatolian Civilizations, Ulucanlar Prison, a lot of journalists, writers, politicians passed through its doors. Dinner at hotel and overnight.
Day 2
Departure for Hattusha, the capital of the Hittite Empire. The lion sculptures are the best examples of Hittite stone carwing. Yazılıkaya Temple is considered to be the most significant open air temple reflecting the architectural styles of the Hittites. Drive back to Ankara, dinner at hotel and overnight.
Day 3 Departure for Yassıhöyük and visit Gordion Museum. The Ruins of Gordion, great capital of the Phrygian Kingdom, connected to the story of Gordion Knot, tied by Gordios and was cut by Alexander The Great. Number one sightseeing attraction in the area is the Tomb Of King Midas. Visit to Malıköy Train Station on the way back which served as logistic headquarters and transportation center to the Commander-in-Chief, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Return to Ankara, transfer for evening departure to İstanbul.
